As a Regional Organiser, she provides support and advice to members and Reps in North England.

As Early Years lead, you will find her holding webinars that tackle issues faced by our early years members and keeping them up-to-date with news in their sector.

As a parent to three young children, Letitia has a passion for early years to ensure children get the best education and the staff get better terms and conditions.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, listening to music and working out in the gym.
